Old Babylonian Period, 20th-16th century BC. A gold scarab with carapace and leg detailing, intaglio scene to the underside of a seated robed male holding a staff on a hatched base, objects in the field. 4.67 grams, 13mm (1/2"). From an old British private collection; formed between 1975 and 1985.
