    This is a Yemeni tribal pendant, a typical amulet pendant worn for protective reasons in the Arabian Peninsula, in both the Yemen and Saudi Arabia. These pendants are usually decorated with beads (to protect the health of the woman) and have lots of dangles to scare the bad spirits away with noise.
