WE NO LONGER AUTOMATICALLY INSURE YOUR SHIPMENTS. PLEASE REQUEST INSURANCE AT TIME OF PAYMENT SO WE CAN AMEND YOUR INVOICE OR RECOMMEND 3RD PARTY SHIPMENT VIA UPS STORE..... We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. No refund will be provided in the case of lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
Effective 4/10/2016 we no longer ship internationally in-house. 3rd Party Shipper required on International Shipments via the UPS Store in Winchester, Kentucky. Call or email for contact information.
We have had many questions over the last few auctions from newer customers regarding shipment methods. We ship using the following criteria: All shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail or better. All Shipments will require a Signature. Weight and fragility are considered when calculating SH fees. We use a USPS labeling system which automatically emails the recipient when the label is printed. It can be a day or two longer between the print time and the date of actual mailing as items are not shipped until payment is received. Tracking Numbers for Insured/Registered supercede any numbers automatically generated by the USPS labeling system we use. For updated tracking numbers, feel free to contact us.
