length. She does not have any legs. She has embroidered features.
Her human hair is a light brown. Her dress has 2 layers
of fabric and shorter layers of fabric to give it some bulk.
Her arms are pinned on; she even has a matching bonnet.
There is also an 8"x6" framed picture of the doll.
On the back typed and taped is: Doll Over 100 Years Old.
This doll belonged to my grandmother, Emily Frances Willis, who was born in
Virginia on the 6th of August, 1823 and died in Baltimore November 3, 1900.
The combs dated 1776, which have been kept with the doll belonged to her
father, Captain Robert Willis, who fought in the Revolutionary War under General

There are 2 combs - some teeth missing - On the one with some teeth missing - has
pencil writing - 1776, The other pencil writing: Grand pa Willis combs.
