SHIPPING AND PACKING: Purchaser agrees that packing and shipping is done at the purchaser's risk and that the purchaser will pay in advance all packing expenses, materials, carrier fees and insurance charges. At our discretion, items will either be packed by an agent such as a packaging store or by Vintage Vin Auctions. There is a Handling Charge on all Packages of $5 and up.. Please allow up to two weeks for shipping after payment is received. Usually shipping is done within 1-2 days after payment has been received.
Shipment of large items such as furniture is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Vintage Vin Auctions will have no liability for any loss or damage to shipped items.

The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. The auctioneer has the right to reject any bid, to advance the bidding at his absolute discretion and in the event of any dispute between bidders to determine the successful bidder, to continue the bidding or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot before the sale.

Invoices will be emailed to the email address registered with Auction Zip within 48 hours of the conclusion of the Auction and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE SETTLED WITHIN 4 Days of Receipt of Invoice or your Credit Card on File will be charged automatically.

Payments accepted are cash, Paypal,Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cashier's check, Business Check, wire transfers (incurs an additional Bank wire transfer fee of $35.00).
A service charge of $25.00 will be charged for any returned check.
Buyer's not having a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Resale certificate are required to pay sales tax (6.25%) on the total sales price, including the buyer's premium on ITEMS DELIVERED IN MASSACHUSETTS. Completed and signed Commonwealth of Massachusetts tax exempt form is required with payment, otherwise we are duty bound to collect sales tax.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
-Most shipping is outsourced to UPS,FED EX, or USPS.
Otherwise, we offer in house shipping on smalls and items not requiring crate or freight shipping.
Any items to be shipped anywhere are to have insured shipping and handling charges applied to the sale price which is the buyer's responsibility before shipment is sent.
In a case of fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever making Vintage Vin Auction Company unable to deliver or ship any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid, by the purchaser for such property including shipping costs, if applied. Larger items such as furniture shipping will be the buyers responsibility for transport. We offer local delivery for a fee and local pickup is also an option.
These terms and conditions of sale, as well as the respective rights and obligations of Vintage Vin Auction Company and any purchasers or bidder shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws Massachusetts.
