Unknown Omaha Beach June 6, 1944 27175 Photograph 8x10" United Press International Photograph of American infantrymen setting up a command post in the shadow of a silenced German pilbox on Omaha Beach on June 6th, 1944 during D-Day. Photo was printed in 1974 as a rememberance of that date 30 years ago from the D-Day invasion. Photo is in good condition, sharp with good tone and contrast, and with a waviness to the print surface.
