ASSORTED ALUMINUM AND METAL OPERA GLASSES, LOT OF FOUR, each with relief ornamentation to the body, comprising an example impressed "C.M.C." with bead and scroll pattern, another impressed "MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN" with peacock and floral pattern, a Chevalier with brass frame and hunt scene pattern and fitted in a leather case, and an unmarked example with Egyptian pattern. Together with an aluminum Julius King telescoping handle, impressed with patent information, handle with engraved scroll and foliage pattern, tortoise shell holder. Five pieces total. First half 20th century. Various sizes.
Very good to good condition with expected usage wear, Chevalier example not working and with a dent to one eye cup, scroll pattern with a small loss to eye cup and light surface rust to one bridge, remaining examples in working condition.
