David Burt ‘Skyscapade’ Art Sculpture Mobile. Mobile depicts and is comprised of dancers floating in suspension, hammered, braised and oxidized metal. This original piece was purchased from the Labriola Art Gallery in Stamford CT. David Burt’s sculptures have been installed internationally in corporate atriums and lobbies, hospitals, airports, schools, colleges, U.S. embassies and private collections. He has participated in dozens of of exhibitions throughout the U.S. and abroad. The artist creatively manipulates sheet metal to create graceful, "welded traceries" with a sense of airiness. His influences include Picasso, Henry Moore and Alexander Calder. This piece measures approx 64 in long by 30 in tall when spread out.
