Western Europe, ca. 19th to early 20th century CE. A charming brass casket with vine-like filigree decoration in narrow panels all over its surface. A small handle and clasp complete the casket, which stands on four small, rounded legs. A maker's mark of a lion on a pedestal is on the underside. Size: 3" L x 4.95" W x 3.25" H (7.6 cm x 12.6 cm x 8.3 cm)
