Brief online research found the extensive web page of the "WBCCI" or "Wally Byam Caravan Club International". Wally Byam was the founder of Airstream travel trailers and each year club members travel to a different location. In 1970 that destination was Hershey, PA for their 13th rally...an event which continues to this day.
