Pre-Columbian, North Coast Peru, Inca, ca. 1300 to 1500 CE. A very long and finely woven textile sash comprised of camelid (most likely alpaca or llama) wool fibers - the overall design presenting bold striations in hues of red, green, gold, and chocolate brown. One of the longest Inca sashes we have ever seen! Size: 85" L x 13" W (215.9 cm x 33 cm)
