Advertised in Abbott catalog #7 (1943.) Six handkerchiefs are borrowed from ladies in the audience and placed into a paper sack that is held by a volunteer. A parasol is shown, along with a chromed tube which is examined. The parasol is placed into the tube. The paper sack is opened and inside is the parasol cover. When the parasol is removed from the tube, the borrowed handkerchiefs are seen tied to the ribs. An unusual version of the Mutilated Parasol effect. No paper bag, extra silks or parasol cover included. Condition: Very good. Rare.
