However, this massive manufacturing move was to conceal the fact that the Qing Dynasty was going towards an end, especially when they have three big celebrating events for Kuangxu tenth year, twentieth year, and thirtieth year anniversary. Moreover, during that time, the Empress Dowager Cixi was also celebrating her fiftieth, sixtieth, and seventieth birthdays.
