Has silver appointments, trimmings, and hinges. The movement is an 8 day time and strike. Pillar and plate construction with rack and snail strike system that has been silver plated along with the movement. The time frame does have maintaining power. The clock has a compensated pendulum signed Carlton G. W. Stewart, A. Lawrence Patents January 15, 1889 and February 3, 1891. The movement is extremely well made and has a very unusual seat board. 97 in. high x 20 in. wide x 10.5 in. deep.
