Islamic World, ca. 7th to 10th century CE. A delicate miniature blown glass vessel for holding scented oil or perfume with an elongated piriform body and a slender neck with thick rim. Incised with a laurel or palmate design on its body, the vessel has aged to have a delicate iridescent patina. Size: 0.85" W x 1.9" H (2.2 cm x 4.8 cm)
