Three early 20th century silver purses. The first engraved with acanthus leaves and a blank cartouche, to the chain handle and push clasp, opening to a green lining and separate interior pocket, the second a French shell-shape purse of scalloped edge, to one side in relief the word 'Souvenir'. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1911 and 1918. Lengths 7 to 12.2cms. Weight 211.8gms.

Condition

The condition of this lot is fair, with tarnish, dints and marks to the silver in keeping with age and use. The mid-size purse is heavily discoloured in keeping with age. The interiors to all are worn in line with age and use. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
