Holy Land / Cyprus, Iron Age, ca. 8th to 5th century BCE. A charming bichrome ceramic bowl with a small projecting spout and a tiny lug handle on opposite sides of its flat rim. The body is low and rounded, with a slightly corseted neck and a flat, small base. The interior and upper body are a rich, earthy red, while the exterior lower body is ocher. Size: 9.5" W x 3.45" H (24.1 cm x 8.8 cm)
