Central Europe, Danube Region, possibly Ottomány (Otomani) culture, Late Bronze Age, ca. 1500 BCE. A wide, spiral-strap bronze bracelet with a low central ridge and zoomorphic, paw-like terminals. The bronze has been gilded and remains of the gilding are still present, especially around both terminals. Also around the terminals are densely-clustered incised linear and "X" designs. Still wearable! Size: 3.5" W x 2.25" H (8.9 cm x 5.7 cm)
