Lot 0074
Gorgeous ring in 18K gold appears to be from the Georgian era. This 5 diamond ring has each diamond set in a triangle and a single flourette on each side of the band. The hallmarks are difficult to discern but you can see the crown and 18 for the 18K. It also appears that the leopard is crowned making it pre 1823 and the letter A in the cartouche. There is also a maker's mark of WC. Ring is approx 5 1/2 and weight approx is 6.29g. Ring appears to be a Georgian mounting with one old European cut diamond and what could be more modern replaces of round brilliant. The center stone is approx 1/4 approx of the old cut European cut. The other four appear to be round brilliant, but it is difficult to discern in the actual cut setting.

Condition

Very good except for the hallmark wear.
