Marlon Brando, The Godfather, 1972 "The Whisper", Oversized print, limited edition hand signed by photographer Steve Schappiro. The image depicts a scene from the classic 1972 film "The Godfather", Vito Corleone ( Marlon Brando ) and Tom Hagen (Robert Duvall) Steve Schappiro/ S2 Art Group Printed in the early 2000's by S2 Art Group who achieved the vintage look using a refurbished 100 years old litho press, similar to the ones used to print Movie Posters at the beginning of the industry. Hand pulled impressions made one color at a time in perfect registration. Shot in 1972 and printed in 1999. Lithograph print in thick museum quality deckle-edge paper. 34.5” x 21.5.” inch
