A pleasing Roman pale green glass bottle, 2nd - 3rd Century AD, the piriform body with slightly indented base, tall tubular neck with slight constriction at base and flattened mouth with inward folded rim. H: 5 1/2 in (13.3 cm). A very attractive example with pleasing color and colorful iridescence. Cf. Yale p. 63, no. 152 for the type. Ex collection of Dr. Michael A Telson.
