Circa 1850 American Unsigned 8 Day Wall Clock with 12" Repainted original dial with seconds bit and fine cut steel hands, High quality unsual weight driven brass movement with dead beat escapement and maintaining power, Beautiful cherry and walnut case of large proportions. Extremely fine quality construction throughout. Movement very well made with six spoke wheels and eight spoke great wheel with original keystone pendulum leader. Excellent refinished condition with restorations to gilt reverse painted glasses, refinished pendulum, dial and weight cover. 50"H x 19"W x 5.5"D
