Ninth plate tintype of Civil War soldier Private Amos E. Bradley, Company K, 12th New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry. Image shows Bradley knees up wearing a great coat holding his kepi with top showing a jaeger horn, a "12" a "K" and "NHV". Bradley enlisted in 1862, was reported missing at Gettysburg, was wounded at Cold Harbor in 1864 and was discharged in 1865. Bradley was killed after the war (1867) by a train. Image exhibits some light spotting and is uncased. Image sold with photocopies of Bradley's pension file from the National Archives.
