A JAPANESE KANO SCHOOL WATERCOLOR ON SILK SCROLL, ink on silk, four red seals, including one of double gourd form with two characters, another of oval form with six characters, and two square seals with four characters each, a black ink inscription in the upper right, all over a mountainous landscape scene, with a gated compound, rising above an island with a large juniper tree, over two figures and a second set of structures, bisected by water. Some spots, mild bends, fading of some paint, but overall in good to very good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
