A DRESDEN FLORAL ENCRUSTED AND PAINTED PORCELAIN MANTLE CLOCK, UNDERGLAZE BLUE MARK, OVERGLAZE STAMPS, SECOND HALF 20TH CENTURY, the circular bone white enamel dial enclosing black Roman hour chapters and Arabic minute numbers, centering gilt metal reticulated hands beneath a crowned "N" and "Dresden," above twin key escapements, within a gilt brass hinged and glass domed bezel, mounted in a conforming case with colorfully painted trailing flowers and similarly detailed rectangular base, flanked by shallow relief trellis modeled sides and surmounted by an arched crest with a "C" scroll finial, raised on splayed "C" style feet, gilt highlights throughout, reversing to an underside with underglazed blue crowned "N" above "Dresden" and "Handpainted" marks, the bisque back having a blue ink stamped, "Made in Western Germany," above an applied gilt paper printed label, "SANSSOUCI."
