A CHINESE FAMILLE VERT YEN YEN PORCELAIN VASE, UNDERGLAZE BLUE SIX CHARACTER MARKS, LATE 20TH CENTURY, with a long cylindrical neck and flaring rim enclosing a continuous garden view illustrating a noblewoman with brush in hand, seated at a desk set with various writing utensils, opposite her noble husband gazing at numerous frolicking children while seated beneath a willow tree, above a tapering bulbous body of a scene painted with three smiling maidens in a second floor pavilion window, watching the arrival of visiting officials, on a flaring base band of geometric detailed panels suspending red hearts, underside centering blue character marks. Height: 17 3/4" Diameter: 8 3/4"


Overall good condition with some areas of enamel flaking throughout, possibly from kiln firing process, otherwise no discernible issues.
