Description: Octagonal, rifled barrel, engraved with floral patterns on the upper face and marked \SISTEMA VENDITTI\" 9 mm cal.; spring tubular magazine underneath the barrel, two more on the sides; blued front band; brass frame engraved en suite, with two blued iron plates; ring-lever trigger guard, walnut grips, supension rings.Pietro Antonio Venditti, Torre Annunziata and Naples, 1828 - 1878. After being released from the hard labor due to a murder sentence, he opens his first activity in Torre Annunziata; after several patents, he realizes and patents his famous repeating pistol, made for ten and even twenty-six shots.
