Recreation of the famous French magicianÕs second series (or ÒdoubleÓ) mystery clock, without a visible or traditional connection between the hand, here suspended on a glass face, which in turn rests atop a clear glass column. Even so, the clock keeps time and chimes. Oversized gilt wood base with losses, stringing below loose. 19Ó high, including plush-covered hardwood base. One key. Chimes working; clockworks in need of adjustment.
