A rare Applicanten Bayonet which was issued to apprentices of NCO rank who were in training for administrative and technical assignments. Brass hilt with crossguard bearing finely detailed Imperial crown. The clamshell with finely decorated with anchor and back clamshell are equipped with spring-loaded hinges and can be opened and closed. Leather scabbard with brass mounts. Double edged blade with two fullers on each side is stamped with a WKC knight trademark. The original green felt blade buffer is in place, showing some age but still intact.
