Straight single edged blade with false edge, wide fuller on both sides, engraved with floral motifs, canons, drums, and flags, inscribed SOLINGEN and WESTER & CO., hilt has a clamshell guard with crowned eagle, and lion's head on the quillon, knuckle guard, and pommel, handle with flower motifs on brass ribs, and Savoy Coat of Arms, mother-of-pearl grip scales.
