Cum privilegio ad imprimenduus solum, 1546.

⁂ Only 3 appearances at auction over the last 60 years; 1966, 1996 (bound with 2 other works) and 2007, £2300). Later portrait of Henry VIII pasted in as frontispiece. Bookplate of George Chetwynd.
