The Husbandmans fruitfull Orchard, first edition, largely printed in black letter, woodcut initials and decorations, slight worming to first few leaves affecting some text, modern calf-backed marbled boards, [see Fussell I, p.31; STC 10652], 4to, Imprinted for Roger Jackson and are to bee sold at his shop in Fleet-street neere the conduit, 1609.

⁂ Scarce variant of the reissue (1608) of The Fruiterers Secrets, 1604. Sometimes attributed to Gervase Markham.

Provenance: Rothamsted acquisition date 1939.
