6”h., Colorless, soda lime, semi-ovoid shaped body depicting a galloping horse & florals on one side , “Vivat Der Reiiter” on the reverse, mustard, light blue, white and black paint, cylindrical neck with sheared lip, pontil scar; Lower Germany , c. 1780-90, excellent condition; the translation is “Hurray for the Rider’ an outstanding bottle with great subject matter, especially if you ride!
