This high quality c. 1850 reprint of the 1775 New Hampshire note, reprinted off the original Copper Plate Engraved by Patriot Silversmith Paul Revere, Jr.. This denomination has a small vignette in the left end of a squirrel on a tree branch. The back of this 3.25” x 8.25” note was not engraved and is blank. A lovely clean bold example with four full margins printed on unwatermarked paper. This authentic reprint was printed from the original Obverse Engraved Copper Plate sometime c. 1850 by Mendes I. Cohen. It is an exceptionally rare issue of high collector demand and value when located as a fully issued and signed original.
