CLASSICAL LITERATURE AESOP'S FABLES VOLUME, William Duggard, ed., "Aesop's Fables, With Their Morals: In Prose and Verse", 1721, printed for J. Phillips, et al, London, stated eighteenth edition, with engraved frontispiece, several period or slightly later owner's inscriptions and notations to endpapers, including "Nicholas Wakeham is my name, and England is my Nation, and Modbury is my dwelling place, and Christ is my Salvation" and "Anno Domini 1729", possibly "1727", rebound with leather boards, ribbed spine with red label and gilt lettering.
Good to very good overall, rebound as described, interior very legible, with expected toning, some minor stains or foxing, minor losses to endpapers, including frontispiece, and period ink notations as described.
