AMERICAN NATIVE AMERICAN ARCHAEOLOGY VOLUMES, LOT OF TWO, comprising one 1979 and one 1988 volume both entitled "Tunica Treasure", both having a personal inscription to Ivor Noel Hume by the author and one having an embossed seal of "LIBRARY OF / I AND A NOEL HUME / NH", published by the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology with the Harvard University Press. Soft cover volumes.
Good condition overall, some expected wear to edges, corners, and one soft cover with several creases on spine, interiors generally very clean.
Provenance: From the research library of Ivor Noel Hume, O.B.E., F.S.A., Williamsburg, VA.
Catalogue Note: Ivor Noel Hume (1927-2017), O.B.E. (Order of the British Empire), F.S.A. (Fellow, Society of Antiquaries), was a distinguished scholar, author, and former director of the Department of Archaeological Research at Colonial Williamsburg.
