ANTIQUITIES JOURNALS AND RELATED VOLUMES, LOT OF 17, comprising James Mann, et al, "The Society of Antiquaries of London: Notes on its History and Possessions", 1951, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London, gray paper boards with blue cloth spine, gilt lettering; and 16 examples of "The Antiquaries Journal, Being the Journal of the Society of Antiquaries of London", various dates, including October 1937, Vol. XVII, No. 4, January-April 1945, Vol. XXV, Nos., 1 & 2, remainder from 1966 to 1978, some with fold-out plates. One hardcover, remainder soft cover/paper wraps.
Most in good to very good condition overall, some later dates excellent, each with expected minor to moderate wear to wraps, James Mann example with bumped corners, 1937 and 1945 examples in fair condition overall, with covers/wraps having moderate wear, some tears and losses, moderate toning, and some stains, interiors generally remarkably clean, most with less than expected toning, 1937, 1945, and James Mann examples with minor to moderate toning.
