Fabrizio Alzati (1972) Europort - Ed.1/25 Photography - signed fine art prints 23x23x3 cm "Europoort is an area of the Port of Rotterdam and the adjoining industrial area in the Netherlands. Thanks to its position and the massive passage of ships, the Europoort is considered the largest port in Europe. However, apart from the purely commercial aspect, what fascinates me most about this particular place is the great open spaces, its geometries and the constant windy weather that always gives atmospheres full of beautiful colors." This is a deluxe collection of 6 collector's special limited editions for "Image In Progress" magazine (Ed.1/25). Each photo is masterly printed, labeled with title, year, edition, artist's signature on verso, and then mounted and matted in two "gallery standard" window mats (front and backboard). 6 Fine Art Prints on Hahnemühle photorag baryta paper Image size: about 13 x 17 cm each Passepartout size: 23 x 23 cm Year of the photos: 2010 Year of the prints: 2018 Provenance: Directly from Fabrizio Alzati / EdiFore srl / Image in Progress magazine On request, the photos can be shipped with an artisanal art box, handmade in Italy (size: 24 x 24 x 3 cm; +95$). Born in Milan in 1972, Fabrizio Alzati speaks fluent Italian English and Japanese. After eight years spent as a graphic artist in Italy, he moved to Japan where he lived for six years. There he became a project manager for a firm of architects in Tokyo. His love of photography was rekindled when he moved to Kyoto, a city that fascinated him because of marvelous natural environment surrounding it. He was here that he developed an interest in documenting the areas of Japan. His documentary style pays increasing attention to landscape and locations where the synergy between man and environment is strong.
