This is an original Harvey Rattey bronze sculpture titled "Cliff Walkers (Rocky Mountain Goats)". Harvey Rattey was a Montana artist, born and raised in Chinook. His love of the West and the ranching lifestyle led to a successful career in art. Together with his wife, they opened a bronze casting foundry in Bozeman. In addition, Rattey was an enrolled member of the Little Shell Band of the Chippewa Tribe. This bronze shows three mountain goats balanced on a rock cliff. The bronze sits on a solid walnut hardwood base with a brass placard that reads "Cliff Walkers (Rocky Mountain Goats) © Harvey Rattey 1994". The piece has been signed by the artist and is numbered 4/200. The Harvey Rattey bronze is in very good condition. It measures 2.5" x 12" and is 6" tall.
