Tight and solid, with no apparent breaks or repairs to the arms or legs. The back of one chair exhibits a few small, pinpoint veneer losses. The other chair a few more, and a small area of what looks like old burn-in shellac filler. Upholstery is in good, serviceable condition with some light stains to seat, and some subtle fading to the color beneath the arms on one side.
