Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Colima, ca. 300 BCE to 300 CE. Small, ridged blackware bowl with a thick rim; there are two small holes on opposite sides of the rim as if it was hung from something. Size: 2-3/4" in diameter x 1" H (7 cm x 2-1/2 cm).

Provenance: Ex-private Houston, TX collection acquired at auction or local gallery between 1982 and 1994.
