A Chinese scroll painting. Wu, Guxiang (Qing dynasty, 1848-1903). Signed as Qiu Nong. In the manner of Zhang Xi'an (Qing dynasty). Depicting river landscape scene with mountains in the background, having a station pavilion by theriverside with scholars drinking. Inscriptions with signature and seal u.r. Scroll: 83" x 20 1/2" Painting: 68 1/2" x 17 1/2". Provenance: From the collection of Richard Smith.
