Lot 0058
A very unusual pewter ice cream mold from the early 20 th century: a Bicycle and Rider. Themold, especially on the inside, has nice detail and although I cannot find a name, the numbers431 are visible on the rider’s right hip. The mold stands 4” tall and about 4 ½” from front toread (including the hinge). It is clean and free of rusts, etc., but the hinge is slightly bent, meaning it does not close tightly. But since I doubt if anyone will use it for ice cream, thatshould not be much of an issue. There are no cracks or breaks.
