Rare World War Two painted Westinghouse liner identified to Emmett G. Marsh who enlisted December 9, 1942 and served in the Signal Corps during World War Two. Liner features a painted 83rd Division insignia along with a yellow / red signal corps band around the edge. Painted along the inside edge is "Emmett G. Marsh 15134489" . Painted liners are usually of the Korean War service period; an actual WWII painted liner is rare. Westinghouse insignia is stamped over the number "31". excellent.
