Chinese 19 Century Kesi tapestry weave with gold and silver wrapped threads of a back-panel square for a Silver Pheasant, 5th Rank Badge; now framed with handles for use as a tray; together with a small circular embroidery fragment with applied borders in a circular frame with blue velvet. Appears in good condition with light wear to a few small threads; not examined out of frame. Badge frame is 12 3/4 inches square (32.5 cm. sq.). Circular frame is 12 inches (30.6 cm.).
