Heading of introduction: "For centuries, the design of religious buildings has attracted the talents of the world's most gifted architects." This portfolio depicts 130 designs, all ecclesiastical buildings embracing churches, chapels, schools, hospitals, rectories, and convents. This is a complete set with 91 Church Designs, 21 Educational Designs, 7 Rectory Designs, and 10 Miscellaneous Designs. There is also a roster of designs that describes each plate by number, design, location, and architect. The entire portfolio is about 13" x 16" and 1 ½" thick. The roster of designs is discolored with fading in portions. However, the 130 plates are all in very good condition.
