A selection of late Victorian and early 20th century gold and gem-set jewellery. To include, two split pearl and rose-cut diamond floral cluster rings, a pearl and turquoise pendant, and a split pearl star pendant. One may be worn as a brooch. Length of pendants 3.4 and 5cms. Weight 9.1gms.

Condition

  • Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general age and wear.
  • One split pearl deficient.
  • One ring significantly out of round.
  • Diamonds bright.

  • Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight estimation.
  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Split pearls are a greyish to creamy white hue with iridescent overtones.

  • Split pearls are in good condition with typical surface blemishes.

  • Other pearls untested.
  • Pearls are a creamy white hue in fair condition with some nacre loss and discolouration.

  • Turquoise are a medium greenish blue hue.

  • Turquoise are in good condition with some areas of discolouration and minor nibbles.
  • Ring sizes J-J1/2.
