A NATIONAL CASH REGISTER COMPANY BRASS, OAK, AND CARRARA MARBLE TWENTY-TWO KEY TOTAL ADDER REGISTER, DAYTON, OHIO, CIRCA 1920, the dolphin form case in solid cast brass with glass enclosed top and hinged front opening to reveal the customer number counter, total sales number, no sale counter, and register lock (with key), the body with transitional Prairie School stylized floral decoration combined with classical Beaux Arts beribboned laurel and berry swags, carrara marble top to the till drawer, oak base, till fitted with six coin compartments and three for bills, with weighted holders, copper plate on the front stamped "1488448, 332." Height: 17" Width: 16 3/4" Depth: 16 1/4"


In overall fair to good used condition, with chips to edges of the glass; rubbing and surface wear commensurate with age and use. Mechanism not examined for working condition.
