The pyriform pot with chased repoussé decoration, lion rampant with shield finial on hinged gadrooned lid, mask at base of spout above engraved sea scape with figures at shore line, resting on four masks terminating in lion's claw fee. Pot manufactured for export.

Condition

Some fine surface scratches, especially to underside.
