He came to the United States in 1948 where he had a successful career as a foreign service officer, a public affairs officer and as the assistant to director White House Conference on Small Business. He was stationed in Taegu, Korea, and was a cultural attache in Bombay, India. He also served as a public affairs officer American Embassy, Seoul, Korea. In addition to his service, Williams authored several books. Condition: It is in good condition.
